From the moment Amy walked into my room I knew she was special! Amy came in the room with a smile and cheery greeting and with obvious love and caring in everything she said and did. I was sure God sent her to me. Her love of helping others and positive attitude came through immediately and she was a blessing. I could ask Amy anything and she would explain it to me. I was supposed to go to a long-term care facility for 21 days and of course I wasn't looking forward to going. Then, in one day, the doctor came in and just shook his head and told me what a blessing I'd received. He couldn't believe how much better I was in one day. I told him I had lots of people praying for me. The next morning the doctor came in and said he was releasing me the next day. At 7 a.m. during shift change Amy was in my room and I told her I was going home. She shed happy tears and put her arms around me, she was so happy for me. Amy told me she loved me as I do her.
***
Amy was always on top of her job with the greatest bedside manners. She showed lots of concern with getting my dad's heart rhythm back to normal. Amy made many calls to the doctor for advice on what medications to give my dad.

Amy was able to insert my I.V. without any complications. She was very kind and attentive.
