I was extremely impressed with such a hardworking, attentive nurse. I can only say that I have had countless experiences in hospitals and have never found anyone so dedicated to the welfare of patients. This included my family but also a patient in the next bed. She even made sure he could watch the Seahawks game! Every effort was made to meet all needs with the utmost effort and certainly above and beyond what was necessary. Her attitude was so positive and dedicated it seemed to set an example for the aids as well. She made sure to assist the aids as well, showing that it was all about the patient. She was tireless and rarely took a break.
We felt so comforted knowing that our family member had the best care he could have. Her professional knowledge was clearly evident and explanations were always freely given. And talk about patience…calming the most irritable with such skill.
