I am writing to bring to your attention the exemplary care I received from Keith, an RN on the cardiac floor.

Early Saturday morning I was admitted through the ER to room 3024 due to a heart attack. I subsequently was taken to the Cath Lab for an angioplasty. While on the floor, I was cared for by a very competent, caring, and kind gentleman named Keith. He went above and beyond the level of care that was accustomed to in my previous admissions to hospitals.

Keith was proactive in mitigating my pain, compassionate, attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and discreet in dealing with me. He offered kindness to my family by offering to bring us information and videos on the procedure I was about to undergo.

I am very thankful that while I was in the middle of a painful, frightening, and uncertain time I was in the hands of such a dedicated professional.

Keith, you will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you for taking such great care of us.
