In these days and times, it's exciting to come upon someone that you can trust and feel secure to put yourself into their hands, to know that they can handle more than is given them, yet still maintain the warm compassion that is rarely seen anymore! To see this Nurse demonstrate the combination of all these extraordinary avenues was extremely rewarding! This was Kala. I not only needed physical care, but also she was aware of my mental care. We were fortunate to have been cared for by Kala when I was a pneumonia patient. She was my daytime nurse Thursday and Friday. She demonstrated a high level of professional competence, attention to detail and compassion. Additionally, she answered all our questions, liasoned with the doctor appropriately, listened to our concerns and took time with us in a caring manner.
