Len went above and beyond on every level. His presence and attention made our experience much easier to deal with. I can't say enough about his kindness, compassion and wealth of information. He was able to extend to our whole family.

This compassionate guy was so good to us at our lowest points. He also explained things to us in terms we could understand. I am not good with words so I can't express how much we appreciated him. Len was the best!

Len went above and beyond to help our family through a very sad situation. He had to repeat himself continuously and did so eagerly. He kept my brother, the patient, clean and well groomed. He called at the slightest change in his progress. He always made us feel welcome and even shared a few personal stories so that we had a better understanding of what was going on medically with my brother. He was patient in explaining the fact that my father could not get up and go to the restroom. My dad had to be explained this over and over. He treated my father with dignity and respect in talking to him and us. He was personable and friendly throughout my dad's stay.
