You've done it again- going above and beyond! A patient's hearing aid batteries were dead, and stores did not have the right ones, so, what did you do? You stopped at three stores prior to your shift with no luck in finding them. You then ordered some online during your shift, then went to pick them up that morning after your shift and brought them back to the hospital for the patient.
