Amber Smith went above and beyond to care for my daughter. She advocated her needs to the doctor. She also was very kind to my child and all my family. Amber showed compassion towards my daughter and took the responsibility of caring for very seriously. We loved Amber and wanted her in our room every day; she really made a great difference in our stay.

My niece was critically ill in the PICU, and as expected, my family was terrified. We had Amber as a nurse three nights in a row, and we spent our days looking forward to when she'd be here that night. Amber provided excellent care, she was kind and caring, and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable my niece's condition and everything that was going being done for her. Amber was the definition of a patient advocate, and I could tell she truly cared about my niece. I am a family nurse practitioner and was a hospital nurse for many years previously.
