Nancy helped a terminal patient have closure. The patient's only family was a miniature lap dog. His friends at the retirement center expressed sadness that he couldn't say goodbye to his little companion. Nancy helped arrange a goodbye with the dog; placing the dog in the patient's arms for a final goodbye.
