Shelby showed compassion, concern, and empathy for me. She took the time to put my mind at ease and calm my nerves. She had to change my IV and was so patient; I was unaware she had even put the needle in. I was very impressed with her ability and she was just wonderful the entire time she cared for me in the ED. I am very thankful and blessed to have her as one of my RNs during my visit. Nurses like her are an asset to this hospital and she should be recognized for her stellar job.
