The daughter of a patient describes Alessia in an extremely complimentary note. Just a few of the comments:
"I have never met a more caring, kind, respectful health care worker than Alessia...quite frankly everyone, although nice and professional, have truly paled in comparison. Her compassion was evident in her tone of voice, body language and facial expressions. Her sincerity was evident."
A worried and scared patient Alessia had cared for wrote:
"I've never needed an 'extraordinary' nurse as much as I did at that time. She went beyond any expectations I had to make me comfortable, informed and in general 'in good hands'. She successfully eased my fears by having concise answers to my constant questions and was even able to anticipate some of my concerns before I could voice them.
Certainly each of us has a life outside of our workplace but she made me feel that her entire attention was focused on providing the best all around care that she was capable of providing for every minute she was responsible for me. I could ask nothing more."
