I feel that my nurse Ashley who welcomed me to was just what the doctor ordered. I had been in the ER since 5:30 Monday morning starting at the OLOL North location prior to being transported to this location. I had already had the worst day ever, feeling like worthless, until that pretty smile and personality walked into my room as I was transferred. Ashley was warm, caring, concerned, very professional and dedicated to making sure that I was very comfortable, not afraid, and was in the best place to receive the best care during my illness. She talked to me with a caring tone, handle me with tenderness, smiling at me with warmth as she processed me in. This was a woman who knew what she wanted to do and was doing it with all of her heart, passion, and love for the profession she represented. A very patient, loving and caring person letting you feel and know that she was here for you. That night was not a comfortable one for me because of the pain that I was in, and every time I called out, she entered the room with a smile, willing and ready to meet my needs. She's one of greatest. Thank you, Ashley. If no one has ever shared with you, you are very good, patient, loving, caring, concerned about your patients, and very dedicated. You can go home with that smile on your face that you let your patients see when you enter the room, a smile saying, "I'm here for you." Thank you.
