Jessica is caring, organized, knowledgeable, understanding, and gets things done. I know that if I contact her, she will make things happen. She will contact my husband's doctors and have a sharing of ideas. Jessica also has a sense of humor and you need that when you are in the hospital so long. You also need to be pushed and you need some tough love. She did all of this and more for my husband. She still does it today.
She is an amazing person and Virginia Mason is blessed to have her on their team. I trust her opinion and value all that she does. I give her credit for keeping my husband's progress on track. She has also been honest and up-front, which is sometimes hard to hear when it's not good news. She handles it in a way that's comforting but truthful. I've talked with countless doctors and nurses and there are very few that can balance these difficult conversations with care and sensitivity. Jessica is a true gem. She truly has something special and Virginia Mason is a better hospital because of her.
