Mohammad went the extra mile to take care of my critically ill daughter. He contacted the doctor on two separate occasions to secure necessary meds that were not written in the chart. His main goal is the complete comfort and cleanliness of the patient. He was also extremely thorough in explaining answers to questions and pleasantly diffused what was a frustration for the family of the patient. He was just outstanding all the way around.

My mother is 83. She was brought into your ER around 8:45 am. She was admitted to ICU that afternoon. Mohammad came on duty at 6:45pm and was assigned to mom. He was very attentive and showed great compassion. He was very gentle and explained everything he was doing and how. She felt safe and secure like they were family. He took his time but was professional and knowledgeable. No one wants to go to the ER or be put in the ICU, but Mohammad made it as painless and comfortable as humanly possible.
