Dianne as a compassionate, engaged, RN who is frequently seen sitting one on one with her patients discussing what matters to them the most. Whether she is encouraging them toward a new treatment goal or acknowledging their choice to stop treatment, she is there for them on a daily basis. Many of her patients stop by the clinic to check on Dianne, to ensure she is doing ok! She is highly engaged and is a collaborative co-worker within the Clinic stetting.
