Yuliya really connected with my mom and she genuinely cared about her surgery and diagnosis. She was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and always comforting. When my mom ran into challenges, she prayed with and for my mother. Yuliya related to both of us by sharing her own experiences with her mom. She is gentle, caring, loving and a pleasure to work with. She made mom feel really comfortable and at ease.
