Professionalism is an understatement. Kristen strives for perfection and it shows. She is a caring, knowledgeable nurse, who goes the extra mile for her patients and non-patients and families. Every aspect of her skill is extraordinary. She sees the human side in every aspect of her job, but she doesn't consider it a job. She considers it a lifestyle. She is the most caring person I have ever seen. She goes the extra mile.

One morning I woke up with a 104.4 temp and thanks to Kristen's knowledge, she told the medical doctor that she thought it might be pneumonia. So she had the test done immediately and come to find out, it was. That enabled me to get the proper care and medication and now I feel great thanks to Kristen's care.

Kristen always goes the extra mile and it shows. I wanted to hurt myself because I felt physically and emotionally drained and just watching Kristen helped me. Kristen knew there was something wrong with me and she came right over to see what was wrong and because I don't like to talk about my problems, but due to her kindness and compassion, I was able to open up to her. She went above and beyond her duties and what she had to do. She then went over my computer record with me so to help me understand my illness better. I know for a fact that thanks to her, I want to get better and stick around a lot longer.
