M was a Day Surgery patient sent home with instructions to wear a cooling vest, which didn't work. Johanna's husband had used the same kind of vest after his surgery and it was still at the Unzueta residence. Johanna took the vest to M's home, made sure M was wearing it correctly and then stayed to make sure it worked properly.
