Ashley Oxley is an exceptional nurse who was nominated by both a peer and a patient here at Bradley Hospital.
Her fellow staff member states, "Ashley understands the importance of the therapeutic relationship. She spends most of her day developing connections with patients. She is the epitome of a DAISY nurse. She is caring, smart and a tireless advocate for patients as well as her fellow staff workers."
The patient who nominated Ashley says, "Ashley is a great nurse. She always does her best and makes sure everyone is safe."
