Brianne has been in charge of my mom's care during some of the most painful and grueling days of a c-diff infection. My mom has fought through 2 colon cancer and 1 lung cancer surgeries, and the infection she is now fighting has been ongoing for months. Brianne stands out not only because of her compassion for the pain and her excellence to do what is required, but her inventiveness to improve all the little hardships that seem to be such an insult to injury. She is the one who saw my mom having such difficulty swallowing pills and began halving them and then crushing them and putting them in pudding to make the essential part of care less foreboding. And even when she had several different patients to tend to, she took her time with Mom and made sure she was settled before leaving. She once caught the wrong medicine being sent. It had the exact same packaging as the Venco. She has been diligent to monitor the legs swelling and brought up important issues with the doctor. Thank you, Brianne! You are amazing.
