Nancy Piotrowski is an incredibly engaged employee both in the department and as a voice for the EDTC. She goes above and beyond and her involvement in many initiatives does not go unnoticed. Nancy has been an excellent resource in providing the EDTC staff with continuous updates regarding documentation changes in EPIC. She provides clear, concise examples of how to best document all our patient needs. She is cheerful, funny, smart and a great team player. She helps everyone regardless of their role. She communicates well and is not afraid to speak her mind about things she is passionate about. She is proactive in identifying issues and tries to better the EDTC with creative ideas.
Nancy is the consummate professional. She is empathetic to her patients and their families and is a skilled clinician. Nancy remains positive, engaged and collaborates with all team members. She truly exemplifies the mission and values of Children's.
