Joy Rice was recognized by a Veteran and a Social Worker in the SARRTP program. Joy was able to quickly get a Veteran access to our emergency room after a bout of high blood pressure. Being concerned for another stroke; her measures to ensure the appropriate care was provided is well recognized by not only the Veteran himself, but that of her peers, and co-workers.
She was also recognized for how dedicated and responsive she is by a social worker in this area, stating that Joy Rice is a joy to work with, and always goes above and beyond the call of duty for our Veterans. Way to go Joy!
