Jaime, an amazing nurse innovator, has been instrumental in teambuilding on 4W and its sister unit 3W. She was the inspiration for her Units' "Go Red" for women's cardiac health in 2014 and led the unit in teambuilding activities on-site and coordinated the summer 2014 festivities in Delaware Park. Jaime's love of nursing and her passion for her team have earned her recognition and respect from her peers and leadership.
Jaime is the quintessential optimist and tries to bring this with her to work. She is a member of the national Holistic Nurses Association and integrates holistic care into her daily nursing practice. Jaime believes bedside nurses are the best people to integrate evidenced based practice and innovation into care. She recently took a PT position as a clinical instructor and loves the ability to engage student nurses in her passion for the profession.
