Micayla consistently demonstrates partnership, flexibility and compassion for others in our dynamic work environment. Micayla has worked diligently to showcase a positive attitude and has contributed to building a healthy work environment. She has grown to become a preceptor, a Pressure Ulcer Prevention team member and a Point of Care Testing liaison, as well as a trusted resource for many new nurses.
