Pooran Rashidifard went above and beyond to take care of me and my baby. She helped with my shaking and was right by my side when I got discharged after surgery. She helped me with a cold cloth and breathing and talking me through it. She was always right on top of all my needs including my pain. She helped me with my comfort in recovering, going that extra mile to make sure I was comfortable before she left the room.
Pooran checked with my husband on his needs to care for our new infant and had to get new supplies, such and blankets, and diapers as he kept messing them up while changing or feeding. She guided us as we reacquainted ourselves with baby care. She was always positive and upbeat, she was always encouraging. She made me and my large family feel so welcomed and comfortable. It was a great experience delivering my 4th and last baby. It just meant so much to me and my family that she was so compassionate and cared so much about us all, and that she had different tricks to solve all my problems.
My last time I spent a long time shaking and this time Pooran helped me with it and that shaking stopped before the first hour was up during recovery. It was amazing and a wonderful feeling that she was able to help me with that. She is a wonderful nurse.
