When I came to the ER Penny was great! I was in such pain that my breathing was erratic. She sat on the stretcher with me and comforted me. Sometime after that, I had to bring my son to the ER. The second I saw her, I told my family "That's Penny! That's the nurse that helped me so much!" Once again, she was great! She was able to comfort my son and was very professional with great clinical skills. With how wonderful she was this time and realizing that I still remembered her name and what she did for me almost a year ago, I cannot think of anyone better to give this award to. She is what St. Francis stands for!
