Sara's nominator describes her work ethic to be extraordinary and empathetic toward all of her patients. An example she gave was one instance where she noticed the needs of her patient and went the extra mile to help her feel more comfortable.
"She did a great job seeing the patient as a whole and incorporated all of the patient's needs into her plan of care while at the hospital," her nominator says.
As a result, her nominator says that Sara went above and beyond to make sure that the patient was being taken care of in the best way possible by checking back with the patient and her team.
"The next day Sara not only told the patient's nurse what she had done but also made sure the next shift was aware of the care needed," her nominator says.
