I came to RC Regional Emergency Room and was admitted to 8th floor with a bleeding colon. During my stay I was given the opportunity to experience your nursing staff. In 54 years of my life I have never felt so compelled to write a note of extreme appreciation.

I was told I needed a colonoscopy by the doctor. I had put it off because my mother had one with complications. Andrea just went WAY beyond expectations to make sure I understood and was ok with the entire process and reassuring me that everything was ok, and to make sure I understood the procedure. To me, she genuinely cared about my anxiousness. She honestly cared about my stress and went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable with everything. She is such an asset to Rapid City Regional!! You have an incredible, caring Angel there!
