Jeff has been consistent in his care of our father. He offered to work his day off to continue care with our father. Jeff is genuine. He is compassionate, thoughtful, and patient. He treats our dad more like a loved one than a patient. He is kind and tender to our dad and with us and when he came in on his day off he stopped by my dad's room before he clocked in. He is professional and kind. He not only fills in his team but he fills us in on his team. We feel better knowing more about everyone. He was genuine in his praise of his team as well. Yesterday we had a negative encounter with another nurse that was on the floor. Jeff was unaware and asked her to assist him when he moved my dad. After she left, I told him and he was again passionate. He told us we were a wonderful family and he loved us. WE LOVE HIM! And all he has done to take care of our dad and us. He truly is a blessing and we cannot thank him enough for helping ease our heavy hearts as he care for our father.

Jeff exemplifies both the art and science by providing professional and clinical care beyond expectations, paying special attention to every detail. He consistently pays attention to detail anticipating the needs of our father and each of his children both clinically and personally, giving us a sense of security and trust in our fathers critical care. Jeff has taken the time to explain and respectfully communicate the "why" behind medications and treatment plan. Jeff's professional knowledge and clinical skills are exceptional. Jeff possesses qualities such as empathy, respect, dignity, and advocacy for our father. It is evident Jeff genuinely cares very much about our father.
