Tracy has been instrumental in creating a unit that fosters cooperation and a safe, nurturing environment for patients and a fun place to work. She continually pours out so much of her spirit and love, causing patients and co-workers to feel that love which multiplied appreciation and love for each other causing everyone to work harder at making patients, families, doctors and others happy.

Tracy inspires everyone each day to do better and give their best.
