She was "the most impressive combination of competent, confident, caring, knowledgable, and attentive nurse from the minute she met us to the baby's delivery 12 hours later. Tina never took a single shortcut, never made conversations feel rushed like she had something else to be doing, answered every question while flawlessly managing IVs, epidurals, bathroom trips and providing emotional reassurance. Tina embodied the type of nurse I could only dream of hiring as these are a rare gem.
