Despite a very busy evening, Mary was attentive, knowledgeable, helpful without being intrusive, efficient and respectful, great teamwork with her coworkers,, humble and unassuming. I think Mary is the kind of person any family would have loved to have caring for a family member and would be happy to see her as a nominee for this award.
