The patient/physician also said: "I was in a lot of pain during transfer from ER and Jessica was fabulous with me. She was understanding, kind, efficient, quickly got me pain meds and totally worked WITH me. She was 150% all for me and even after I got comfortable and tucked in, she checked on me numerous times to make sure I stayed that way. She was/is awesome and totally deserving of this award."
