I received a letter from a nurse at another hospital (a competitor) reporting that the service of Anne Spedding to provide home care services to a patient was "beyond compare".

A referral was sent to Anne and when the insurance company was contacted, Anne found that the patient would be charged an out-of-network charge. She proceeded to call other agencies that were recommended by that insurance company. She made a referral to them, explaining the needs of the patient, sending all of the information given to her, and called the referring nurse and the patient to explain her actions.

She goes on to say that her contact with Anne is always good with positive feedback from patients. She says that "there is no other agency that she deals with that compares to the level of service PHCS provides."

Anne works hard every day, she is kind, patient, concerned, and supportive to patients, families, and referral resources. Her contact with patients is always caring, never rushed or impatient.
