Your whole staff was wonderful in making us feel good about putting our dad in Hospice care. They explained the process we would go through during the next week or two. As it turned out my dad passed just two days after he arrived.
Thanks to Michael's support and compassion we were prepared for what was going to happen that night. He supported by explaining, counseling, praying with us, and most importantly, his words gave us a peace and comfort that we did not have. He spoke to my dad as if they had been friends for years. His words had to give my dad great peace in his final hours.
