Kelsey was my dad's nurse for four days and she was wonderful. My family and I couldn't be more grateful for the care that she provided during his stay. She is such a great patient advocate, always doing what was best for my dad as a patient and person. She was extremely knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of educating my dad on medications, procedures, etc.
Kelsey has a wonderful ability to exhibit a sense of calmness combined with a compassionate spirit that was exactly what my dad needed during his stay. She always took time out of her busy schedule to listen and answer any questions my dad and our family had, and she never appeared to be rushed or bothered. She is the reason our dad has progressed so well and is on his way home. Memorial Hermann is very lucky to have Kelsey as part of their team and should acknowledge her for all of her hard work.
