Mary was Amazing! Mary was so very supportive and engaging; she made our entire experience something we could never do without her. Two people from our family commented she should be running the labor and delivery department! Her heart and kindness were exactly what was needed during such a scary time, our daughter's first baby and our first grandchild.
Mary was very informative always letting us and the other family members know how the delivery were going. Mary was very easy going as well and joked with the family a little to ease the situation and made everyone feel more comfortable. The communication between all of the nursing staff at United was simply amazing.
