We wish to convey our gratitude to one of your nurses, Donna Nolan, for her recent care of our daughter while she was being treated for a very painful skull fracture. Donna provided exceptional and exemplary nursing care at all times and on all levels during the course of my daughter's hospitalization. She was exceedingly thorough in her approach and constantly displayed those skills which set her apart as a nurse who so obviously loves her job and understands what being a "top-notch" professional entails. Her bedside manner was phenomenal in that she delivered the highest level of nursing care with genuine compassion. Donna tirelessly answered the many and varied questions posed to her by the support team regarding all current and follow-up care, without ever seeming to be too busy for our concerns. It is our sincere hope that Donna will be honored for her outstanding nursing skills by becoming a DAISY Award Honoree.
