Our son was in a snowmobile accident earlier this year. The severity of his injuries was not discovered until the early morning hours while driving back home to Lake Crystal, MN. Our son was transported via ambulance to Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls where he received laparoscopic surgery. Our son was in the hospital for four days. He received absolutely amazing care from every person he/we interacted with.
Following his discharge, our son had several follow-up appointments, scans, blood draws, etc and through it all, Alli was spectacular. Her attention to detail, follow-through, communication and care for our son and us as his parents were unbelievable. If she said she was going to call back with info, she did. Even if she was still waiting for the info, she called to tell me that she was still waiting for the info and would call me back. I never doubted for a single second that she would call me back. I just knew she would. I could hear her care and concern in her voice, and I just trusted with all my heart that we were in the best possible hands. We maybe met Ally once in person but sadly I am not certain. All of our dealings have been over the phone but every time she was detailed and caring.
