Alyssa came into the room with a smile and said, "So what brings you in today?"
I told her about the day's events and how we ended up there. I could tell immediately she cared and right away felt like we finally had someone who was listening and in our corner. I have never been in and out of the ER faster nor treated with such compassion! She turned a terrible situation into a positive one, or at least as positive as it can be to be stuck in the ER involuntarily on a late Friday night! Thank you, Alyssa!
