I am writing this letter in appreciation for the outstanding service my husband received while under your care. I nominate Rahel Nadd for the DAISY Award.

He was admitted with acute renal kidney failure and frankly, we were both very scared. But Rahel was so friendly and reassuring that it put us at ease. I appreciate the gentleness Rahel exhibited when dealing my husband and me.

Rahel was also very patient to answer all of our questions, even when we asked the same question more than once. She made us feel like he was her only patient but I know she was very busy. Rahel was his nurse for his entire stay, we felt very lucky to have her as our nurse all three days. I want to thank her for her kindness, knowledge, and compassion that she provided during our stay.
