Lourdes has been employed at CC for a number of years. Lourdes is the go-to nurse on the night shift for training the new open heart and transplant nurses, as well as providing compassionate care. Lourdes has trained the night crew to not only take care of these patients but to put the care back in caring. If not for Lourdes, the many compassionate nurses that challenge themselves in the most demanding care would not be the asset that makes CC the place everyone wants to be for transplant and open heart. Lourdes starts with heart and follows through with it. You should be very proud to have a teammate like this, they are far and few between!
