Kathleen Sullivan has been taking care of my husband and as well the other nurses in the Cancer Center at PACC since 2010, as my husband gets treatment, she was always concerned and gave total attention, he always asked questions about his disease. My husband and I have grown to understand his condition and we are appreciative of all of the nurses.

Kathleen has opened her heart and shared her growing family, as she was preparing to leave on maternity leave, in which we missed her. We were very happy to see her come back and to see her and joyful baby pictures. As we also have opened our heart and shared moments and conversation about our family. My husband and I understand how important is to taking time and get to know patients and how to handle patient's conditions, but we are especially blessed to have found this young woman to help us through this journey.

This is why we strongly nominate Kathleen Sullivan as an extraordinary nurse, we are happy that we met her. I strongly appreciate the way she took time with my husband's needs. She deserves this award for being an extraordinary nurse.
