Liz has provided my mother with excellent care. Her gentle manner and professionalism have made a significant impact on mom's recovery and comfort. Liz has made us feel as if mom was her only patient - very important and never hurried.

Today, my mother became upset about a personal problem and was tearful when Liz came with her medications. After providing mom's pills, Liz sat and compassionately listened and consoled her. This meant so much to both of us!

Later, at the end of her shift, Liz took extra time to come and say goodnight to both mom and her roommate and wished them both well as she would not be back in the next few days. However, even with her coat on, Liz asked if her patients wanted or needed anything. We have also witnessed other staff depending on Liz's leadership qualities. We are very grateful for her.
