Stacey was an amazing preceptor. She taught me clinically how to give excellent care on the womens care unit as well as showing me how to be there emotionally for your patient. She showed me how to help laboring mothers through one of the most difficult experiences of their lives. Stacey has a true passion for patients and the care they receive to make each experience here at NWCH a positively memorable one. Stacey has made for me coming to work everyday a joy with her positive attitude, care for patients, and wealth of knowledge. She is an amazing team member and teamwork comes naturally to her. Stacey has taught me the importance of hard work, excellent standards, compassion, respect, cultural sensitivity and teaching others. She is a critical asset to the womens care unit at NWCH and I am proud to have had her as a preceptor. I will forever take with me throughout my nursing career all she has shared with me and taught me. I will forever be an OB nurse and I can't thank her enough for enriching my life with the passion for patient care and her excellent and extensive knowledge in the field.
