Susan's care has been above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. She has been an advocate for our Dad from the beginning. We truly believe his recovery is totally due to her knowledge and pushing to get things done. Also her caring personal touch to all the family members. She has listened to all our concerns and acted on them. She has kept us up to date on his problems and his progress, which means so much. She always has a smile and a positive attitude and has a great sense of humor which we love. The entire team of doctors, nurses and all other care givers have been wonderful, but Susan is a bright and shining star for us. No words can say how much she has meant to us.
