Kathleen went above and beyond her duty by accepting to assist my mother. My Mom was admitted to ER for abdominal pain due to common bile duct stone blockage and fever. She was very sick. Dr. Long was able to perform ERCP late in the day, planned at 07:30 PM. However, when my mom was transferred to GI Lab, anesthesiologist was still not available to do the procedure. Dr. Long and Kathleen went ahead and perform ERCP for my Mom and the doctor was able to get out stones and debris. However, there was still a 1.5cm stone left. My Mom would like to say thanks to Kathleen for being understanding and working beyond her duty. She also went back the next day to see how my Mom's doing. Thanks so much for being my Moms nurse, Kathleen and keep on helping others. Your concern, spirit and knowledge, expertise are exemplary and outstanding.
