Shannon was very efficient, understood me (as the wife of a patient), took time to explain instructions, gave me the results of x-ray spine lumbar, change my husband's diaper, gave him blankets because he was cold and also ask me if I needed something or a break. He has Alzehemer/Dementia/Heart Disease and getting old. Aloha with love Mahalo.

My Dad said Shannon took care of him during his stay at the hospital, friendly, smiled, answered questions and liked his dred locks (his glory).

Just a little note to say thank you for taking good care of "Pops", my dad. Another day in paradise at St. John's Hospital for me and my family.

Shannon was friendly, talked clear so I can understand. Gave me blankets I was cold, change my diapers and worked with the doctor efficiently and on time.

They were busy that morning, got me in and out. God love her and all the staff that morning. Thank you for taking care of my dad.
