I nominate Sally. She is extraordinary, a good leader & teacher to the staff. She really "makes lives better". I have watched her for years as she cares for the patients, staff and families. She is caring to all patients. She is organized. She talks to patients as she cares for them, and the patients as well as the staff really love her. She oversees other staff in making sure that we also make lives better. She's a very hard worker.
