From the beginning, Hailey was very kind and professional, explaining step by step, and answering all of our questions with kindness and respect. Not only making sure my husband's meds are given on schedule, but constantly asking about his pain level, keeping his temperature down, packing him with ice packs, and asking for an ice blanket. Throughout my husband's care, Hailey kept asking me, the non-patient, if I needed anything, how can she help me, or my family. Hailey has enough patients on her hands to take care of. She is so sincere, lovable, I almost forgot she was a nurse and saw her as my daughter. Hailey and I were laughing at my dramatic husband. Hailey is an angel.
