Kathy has helped tremendously in moving forward with the changes that take place in our department. She has displayed excellent traits of motivation, team work, cooperation and leadership. Not only to her three module team members, but also to the Unit Based Team. She currently holds the position of Module 2 Health Care Team Lead and Labor Co-Lead of our Unit Based Team. She is instrumental in providing helpful information to everyone, leads change by accepting different tasks and roles to facilitate the changed process. She engages staff by teaching, instructing, doing and helping as needed. She is truly a valuable employee and has shown dedication to improve herself and everyone she comes in contact with.
